I use both GP and this but prefer this for raw content. Supports merging sync tasks and combining the files and subfolders into the same parent folder. These sync tasks will allow users to access files offline from the app or the device's internal storage. Most of these reviews are from users who don’t know how to properly setup the NAS (QuickConnect for example) but for those who understand setup, it’s not bad. Supports quickly enabling two-way sync for folders on the 'Home', 'Files', 'Shared' tabs. I love being able to keep my content ‘raw’ and not overally optimized where it loses its quality. i would love for my wife to see the kids photos but not every photo (works well on Google) -Facial recognition for pets? Works well on Google -Background adding of photos with app refresh on (doesn’t seem to upload without app open, but maybe my issue) Overall, still love it! So many pros. Few things I would LOVE to see in future updates: -Removing Duplicate Photos -Add folders based on a face (to be shared). Of course, Google has a couple extra features but some are not 100% necessary for me. Add Synology Drive App to the Login Items at System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items. Double click SynologyDrive.App to launch Synology Drive Client and then it should be launched successfully. I am very happy with how everything has turned out and a lot of the native features. Go to User's home folder at Mac Finder and click command + Left Shift +. Recently switched from GP to my Synology NAS. We’ll forward it to development teams and discuss it further internally. Hello Aaaaaaattttrrreeesddfg, Thank you for the valuable feedback and feature request. That changed my situation from losing priceless photos to only being out a few hundred bucks for my phone. You can find the documents and files regarding the operating system, packages, desktop utilities and so on for your Synology product to enjoy the latest and versatile features. It has ALL my pics with my kids and I hadn’t looked in a long time to see if the auto backup had been doing it’s job, so I panicked and jumped on my computer right away and lo and behold, all my photos were there on the nas like they were supposed to be. The auto backup did save me a few months ago when I lost my phone. Another nice feature would be if we could choose to only delete photos from our phone that’s older than 6 months or a year. Or even integrate this app with iOS photos so it can read the pics off the nas and do all the leg work just have the nas as the source folder. My phone is almost out of space from all the photos and videos but I’m hesitant to hit the free up space in this app because it’s gonna wipe everything off my phone and I’ll no longer get the occasional moments from iOS photos. I really like seeing the moments the iOS photos app creates with the photo collages with music. I LOVE that this app auto backs up my photos instantly, but one major feature it’s missing is something similar to iOS moments.

Upon the shield are inscribed, in gold, the Greek-letters of the fraternity, ΣΦΕ, and below these letters, a skull and crossbones. Jenkens also designed the fraternity's badge as a golden heart surmounted by a black enameled heart-shaped shield. The principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, were chosen as "The Three Cardinal Principles". The colors dark red and royal purple were chosen to represent fraternity, while the golden heart was chosen as the fraternity's symbol. Shortly afterwards, the founders met and decided to rename the fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon. With these assurances from the founders, the faculty committee approved the new fraternity's request for official recognition. The founders responded that their new fraternity would be different from the others at Richmond, as was being founded upon biblical, egalitarian principles, and new members would quickly be taken in from the undergraduate classes to increase the new fraternity's size, and the fraternity's name was still open to debate. Additionally, another national fraternity already existed using the name Sigma Phi. The faculty members were reluctant to recognize a sixth fraternity in a school with only 300 students, especially as more than half the members would be soon-to graduate seniors. Jenkens, Gaw and Phillips then met with a faculty committee to seek official recognition for their new fraternity. After much discussion, the group settled on a secret motto and called their fraternity Sigma Phi. It listed the twelve founding members in this order: Carter Ashton Jenkens, Benjamin Donald Gaw, William Hugh Carter, William Andrew Wallace, Thomas Temple Wright, William Lazelle Phillips, Lucian Baum Cox, Richard Spurgeon Owens, Edgar Lee Allen, Robert Alfred McFarland, Franklin Webb Kerfoot and Thomas Vaden McCaul. Jenkens and his friends therefore founded their own fraternity.Īfter several secret meetings throughout October 1901, the new fraternity took shape and on November 1, 1901, the fraternity's first membership roster was publicly posted at the school. The group's request for a charter, however, was met with refusal as the national fraternity felt that Richmond College was too small to host a Chi Phi chapter. Jenkens had convinced the others that their chapter could be different from the other fraternities on campus and assured them that Chi Phi's principles were in line with their own. These men were reportedly spurned by the existing fraternities on campus for their sense of morality (seven of the twelve were studying for the ordained ministry) and for their rural, middle-class backgrounds. By early October, 1901, Jenkens had persuaded the group, which had grown to twelve men, to try to establish a chapter of Chi Phi at Richmond. At Richmond, which did not have a chapter of Chi Phi, Jenkens was part of group of friends who were meeting regularly under the unofficial name the "Saturday Night Club". At Rutgers Jenkens had been initiated into the Chi Phi fraternity. In the fall of 1900 18-year-old divinity student Carter Ashton Jenkens, the son of a Baptist minister, transferred from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey to Richmond College, a Baptist institution in Richmond, Virginia. military personnel display the Sigma Phi Epsilon flag in Iraq in May 2009 Founding Sigma Phi Epsilon is one of the largest social fraternities in the United States in terms of current undergraduate membership. It was founded on three principles: Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love (often abbreviated as "VDBL"). It was founded on November 1, 1901, at Richmond College, which is now the University of Richmond, and its national headquarters remains in Richmond, Virginia. Littledica’s H&B Minichef – Counter Slot Mini Fridge presents a beautiful solution: mini-fridges that slot into any counter. If the mini-fridge is going to take up the same 1×1 square as a regular fridge, why not get a regular fridge? Because when you’re living in a dorm with five other roommates, every bit of floor space counts. I personally would have liked the option to stack the fridge on top of a dishwasher or a counter or something. However, there’s one design flaw: they still take up the same floor space as a regular refrigerator. I have to agree with the creator’s description: the mini-fridges that EA came out with are great and all (and definitely a University staple), so points to them.
